We wish to remind you that you came into your Physical Human Body because you are a necessary component of the Shift in Consciousness, and it is important that you are there, and not only to follow prescribed rules that would take you to a utopian future. Because by following rigid Guidelines will only interfere with the Guidance that you have surfacing within you naturally and easily and without any effort. Guidance comes in many different ways, and when you do go quiet and if you find you are not receiving any Guidance, then what you are doing in that moment, is perfect as it is. And if you do not think you are receiving Guidance, it is because you are looking in the wrong place, or you are only looking in one or more specific places.
Sometimes your life is simply about being, appreciating, and enjoying. And once you allow it to be that way the guidance, inspired idea, impulse, and intuition will drop in unexpectedly, and perhaps in a way that you did not think possible. The Guidance that you receive 'in the moment' is so much more relevant to you than a list of things that you think you must do. There are many different ways you can receive Guidance, and you need not always have to be doing, performing, and producing.
We want you to understand that you know Who You Really Are, therefore, you know that you are always connected to that higher part of you, and that you are that higher part of you, which you can Feel as you quieten down and search within, instead of looking outside of yourselves to follow some rules. Understand that it is the Mind that overcomplicates things and tells you that you must wait for a solar flash, days of darkness, a financial collapse, or some other events that must happen in-order for you to reach the next level of your Consciousness, as it simply is not the case.
You are all moving forward gradually, step by step, day by day, and each and every one of you matters, as does what you Think, Say and Do. Believe enough in yourselves to Let Go of what other people are saying that you should do and must do, so that you can Feel, Hear and Know the Guidance that is coming to you, all day every day, in some way, shape, or form. Do not worry if you are not receiving any Guidance, as then what you are doing is perfect as it is. Therefore, relax, because more will come in the appropriate timing.
We believe in All of you because you are creating your experience of your Reality right now, and we know that you will continue to Grow and Expand because of what you are creating right now. Therefore, seeing yourselves as capable of becoming Higher Vibrational Beings than you have been before, is an important Belief for you to activate right now. And it is not so important whether you accomplish the set of goals that you set yourself at the beginning of the year.
Remember, that this is all about YOU, and you becoming more of Who You Really Are as a Source Energy Being. Remember also, that it is all inevitable and by understanding this, allows you to 'believe in yourself'. The question to ask yourself is, did you create that goal so that after you accomplished it, you could Feel better about who you are as a person? If your goal is that, then all that is required is for you to look within yourself for Who You Really Are. FEEL for it. Expect to find evidence of yourself as an Infinite and Eternal Being of Unconditional Love.
Know also that you have a tremendous number of helpers who will always be assisting you in becoming more of Who You Really Are. There will be times that your Ego will get something it always wanted that will be fun that may keep you going. And while in that Physical Body, it may be enough to keep you on the path home to Source a little longer. You will relax with what is happening outside of yourself, once you recognise that this is ALL ABOUT YOU. How you react to it matters much more than the fact that it is happening, or not happening.
Therefore, we recommend you always 'ground into your Bodies', for you to become more Heart centred, and become more Aware of your Thoughts and Feelings, and take time to reflect on your goals, desires and whether they serve you or not. In other words, become more Aware of what you are prioritising. Because by you prioritising becoming more of Who You Really Are, aligns you with Source and you are much more powerful when you are in alignment with Source. This is tapping into true power, and you get more of what you want.
This is a good reminder for all of you even though many of you already know this. And you need these reminders because there are so many other messages out there that are telling you that you are only as good as the material things you own and the amount of money in the bank. We share this with you because 'we Love you' and we want to see you thrive as the Beings who always know that they are absolutely Unlimited. Unlike religions that tell you what to do and what not to do, we are here to tell you that YOU have the answers within you, and you will know what to do by 'how you Feel', and what not to do, also by 'how you Feel'.
We are always seeking to direct you to turn inwards, to pay attention to your Feelings, Thoughts, and the Physical reactions in your bodies. We know that when making any decision about your lives, you have to be flexible and that you have to take many things into consideration, and we know that life is not as simple as giving you lists of things to do and not to do. And we respect you, your free will, your right to choose and your sovereignty.
We want you to know that you are Feeling 'out of touch' with your internal Guidance when you are Feeling that you just want to be told what to do and what not to do by an authority figure, someone outside of yourself. However, what you most likely need to do is go and meditate or sit in nature of your preference, on the beach, under a tree. There is no need for you to give your power away to anyone telling you that they know what is best for you.
Advice can be taken from someone you deem to be wise or informed, however, you must always determine for yourself how that advice feels and whether it resonates with you or not. And because you will always be faced with more and more choices in your lives, this is an ongoing process for every single one of you. Understand that issues will arise and challenges to overcome and sometimes those challenges will arrive at the most unexpected times.
You create your Reality, therefore, you need to understand that with every decision that is in front of you, it is there for a purpose and not to place you into a state of confusion or frustration. At a Soul level you knew that placing it there would help you to grow Spiritually, because everything in your life is the way that it is, and as it should be. Therefore, the less you resist the difficult decisions in front of you, the easier it will be for you to Relax, so that you can discover its purpose for you. And know that there will always be a purpose for you.
Everything is meant to serve you as you journey back home to Source. However, if you only want everything to go smoothly all the time, wanting to have all your material things such as a lovely car, a lovely home, a nice neighbourhood, with financial independence and wanting only pleasant interactions with other people, you will not get what you want. Because you may be 'pretending to be that person' at any given moment, and you will get something better than what you originally wanted.
Usually, the person operating from a more Egoic state of being, will have to go through the growth experience first. And while you may not enjoy the growth experience itself, you do enjoy the result of the growth experience. We want you to know that you are meant to create these challenges for yourselves so that you must make a decision. It is much more important for you to 'make the decisions' and grow from those experiences, than to follow a set of rules. You are meant to 'know yourselves' through your experiences of life on Earth.
No time is ever wasted, and no experience is ever meant to be seen as a waste of energy, focus or action. Everything is there for you and was uniquely selected by you as your Higher Self to be experienced in Human form. Remember, everything has value, and when you make the decision to start extracting more value from your life experiences, you will. We encourage you to not see your life as being full of unwanted and wanted things, or to see your life as being full of triumphs and tragedies. Instead, see your life as a game that you gave yourself to use as a tool, a guide, a way of learning and experiencing, knowing more of Who You Really Are and you will begin benefiting more from your life experience.
Every time you explore your Feelings and why you are Feeling them, you are benefiting from it. And every time you ask yourself why you had that particular thought, you are gaining benefit. And you are benefiting every time you examine a Belief and ask yourself whether you would like to continue to believe in that particular Belief. Therefore, see every moment of your lives as an 'opportunity' for how you can grow from it.
Whenever you are doing anything, remember that it is the 'meaning' that you give it when you are doing it, how you approach it and what you think about it. You could be Grateful, or you can Feel enslaved by your life, it is always up to you. And if you are willing to sit with an open Mind and open Heart, there is something in all of it. In one single moment you can extract everything that is meant for you, and you will be flying upwards and going with the flow of the life you continue to create for yourselves.
We have waited for your readiness for us to set up synchronicities for you, so that you will know our existence is real. We do desire to assist you in all the ways that we can, and at this time you do need assistance in preparing for Physical E.T. contact. And before contact happens, you do need to know that you are not alone in the Universe, as many of you need to know that 'experientially' and not just mentally. We will assist you to adjust your Physical Bodies so that you can handle the connections that you want to make with the 4D E.T.'s by giving you 'activations' to help you withstand the Energies that you will be presented with in those moments of contact that you will have.
We want to express our appreciation and would like to meet you, and we want you to know that you have much to offer us in this Galaxy. Do not underestimate yourselves by thinking you are lower than us, remember, you are just having different experiences, as are our Oversouls having different simultaneous experiences to this Non-Physical one. There is no hierarchy, nor any reason for you to bow down to any E.T. and you deserve to have contact with all kinds of E.T.s. because you are worthy. And while many of you are ready, there are those of you who are not yet ready and are being readied all the time. Therefore, continue looking to the skies, and set intentions to have encounters as you fall asleep, because we are coming, and it helps you to expect us to come.
One of the reasons why you struggle from time to time seeing yourselves as you truly are, is because you do not succeed at everything you attempt to do. Understand that you are denying yourselves the opportunity for growth when you Believe that you need to 'be perfect' in every way. However, you cannot grow if you are 'already perfect' and do everything perfectly. Your life's purpose IS to Grow, and you want to Grow and need to Grow. Therefore, do not be so hard on yourselves, because you were never supposed to do everything the right way, the first time. Even though you may prefer a more perfect life and if you had been able to do everything the right way the first time, deep down inside you also want to have a life that still feels incomplete, because then that gives you a reason to keep living.
You are perfect deep down and becoming more perfect in every single moment, by not measuring your perfection by the choices you have made, or by your success or failures. You just know yourself to be the perfect expression of Source Energy that you were created to be, and there is no reason for you to question it. However, while in Human form, you may be questioning it at every turn, because you do not measure the Love that you are capable of feeling as the Source Energy that you are.
There are some of you who do have a challenging time feeling that Love, however, at least acknowledge that you have the capacity to Feel it. You will know yourself as a Source Energy Being through the Love that you Feel 'if you put your mind to it and prioritise it'. However, there are many other Feelings to move through before arriving at that warm centre that is within each and every one of you. And working through the Fear, Anger, Hate and Sadness, is worth it to arrive there.
Remember, that as you move through those lower Vibrational Emotional states, you are releasing them. You are not reinforcing them, nor are you creating your Reality with them. You are simply recognising them and 'acknowledging' that they are there and that they have been denied, ignored, or suppressed. Therefore, releasing them is Integration. It is time to move through them, so that you can ultimately Feel the truth of who and what you really are vibrating at your very core. In this way, you are reminding yourself of the perfection that you were created in.
And when you start to Feel that Love that you are emanating out in all directions, then everything you do is filled with the Love of Source Energy. And it is perfect, no matter what it is, remembering that the journey is about going home to Source. Move closer to the Love that We All Are and let everything that you do along the way, be for the purpose of fun.
As you discover more of who you have been and who you Physically are, that then helps you to Expand your Consciousness and your Knowing of who you have been and who you are spiritually as a Soul, a Consciousness, and as an Oversoul. For many, first you may need to see physical evidence. Because you have been Physically oriented for so long, you tend to want to experience something in the Physical Realm before you are open to experiencing it as a Being of Consciousness. And it does not matter how you get there, because you do get there. After having accessed a lot of information that has helped you to expand your sense of SELF in all directions and all times, now, is the time for you to expand your non-physical sense of SELF.
It is time for you to awaken to the truth that you are an aspect of Source, and therefore, you are so much more than your other selves in Physical form. You are so much more than just being a part of an E.T. lineage, and your history there on Earth does not compare to your histories as Souls who exist even beyond this Universe. You are more than this Universe and for those who need Physical evidence to prove that you are more than this Universe, it can be difficult to accept for the average Human.
By continuing to open your eyes and minds, you will eventually open your Hearts, and Feel for the truth of Who You Really Are, so you can know 'experientially' that you are an aspect of Source and are therefore, Infinite and Eternal and Unconditional Love. When you Know more, you can Feel more, and be able to experience more, because of the Vibration you will tap into as you Expand your Feelings out, which tells you viscerally Who and What You Really Are as a Being, as a Collective Consciousness.
Become curious about what you can Feel when you go into the infinite chamber of the centre of your Heart and know that there is so much more available to you than what you can know with your Physical Human Mind.
