We are feeling enormously excited for Humanity at this time, because we see that you are 'clearing out' what you need to, in-order to make way for the imminent contact experiences that you all want. For quite some time you have needed to hold a mirror to yourselves to look at and examine yourselves, and while many of you think that you are ready for contact to occur tomorrow, when you look at your World today as it is, you must admit that Humanity as a whole, is not ready. Therefore, you are still required to continue the necessary work on yourselves 'to release' what needs to be released, to clear what needs to be cleared, and to assist in awakening those who may still need to be awakened.
The first step in preparing Humanity in the readiment for contact, is for the ones who can assist others to awaken to step forward to assist. And it is through your Light that shines from 'within you' that you all have the ability to assist others to see the Light, and with the sharing of your own stories of awakening. You can go out and show others by example, what a high frequency Human Being looks like when vibrating with Love, Empathy, Compassion and Joy, so that your fellow Humans can see that there is another way to live on Earth.
In-order to come together as a Human Collective that is ready for large numbers of ships arriving all at once to your planet, every other Human Being would need to understand that they are permanently and eternally connected to each individual Soul that they see in Human form, even though they may act, speak and think differently. And it is possible to 'unite' with your fellow Humans on certain key issues, such as with your feelings, your feelings to protect others that are in your lives, because there are moments where everyone has feelings of disconnectedness, as if you do not fit in, or as if you are feeling oppressed.
You all have these things in common with each other, and you can connect with any other Human Being based on those very Human experiences. However, you do not need to agree with everyone else in your family or your community to come together and to connect, because you can disagree on very important issues from your perspective, and still connect on the very basic, fundamental ones that are a part of the Human experience on Earth. You can choose to have Compassion for anyone misbehaving in a way that is harmful to others, because 'you can' understand that when people are behaving that way, they are feeling hurt, scared, disempowered, or disconnected, and you have felt all those things at some point in your lives. Even though you may not be relating to 'the way' they are behaving, you can however, relate to 'the reason' why those individuals are behaving in that manner.
Therefore, it is time to unite and come together, to support one another, and look for ways in which you can both, support others and be compassionate to the ones you see doing the horrible and unmentionable things on your planet. It is time for an 'enlightened response' to everything that is happening on Earth right now. And you are the ones to do it, because you know about the 'eternal connection' that exists between you and every other Human Being with you now. We want you to know that you have relationships with every single one of them throughout the span of eternity, with there being no stranger among you.
There is always something that you can do as an Individual to assist and now is the time. While these tasks are challenging, we know that it is worth it. We are offering you our Compassion, Love, and Knowing of the 'growing pains' that you are experiencing. While not all growth must be accompanied by pain, sometimes you choose that specific path, in-order to spur on the 'changes and growth' that you want to experience, to ensure that you do not make certain choices again. Because, you will remember how painful it has been living in this time, and it will then be easy for you not to make the same mistakes twice.
Anything that has lowered your Vibration in response to any aspect of your life has placed you on this specific Timeline, where you are having this specific reflection coming back to you from the Universe. You are more than just a part of the Universe, the Universe is YOU, showing you an aspect of you, so that you can observe it and make the necessary changes that you want and need to make to your Vibration, so that you can get a different reflection.
There is no need to judge yourselves or not to Feel good about holding the Vibration that you have right now, that is showing you this particular reflection. And it is correct that some of you are there to assist and that it is not a direct reflection of your overall Vibration. You are also there to assist and by raising your Vibration, you are assisting.
You can also assist by sending Empathy, Compassion, Love, Joy, Positive Energy, Positive Thoughts to all who are involved in the chaos, the turbulence and everything that you see out there in the 'outside World' that is something other than Peace, Harmony, Love, Joy, Creativity, Unity, and everything else that you want to see in your outside World. You can assist if you Feel 'called to peacefully demonstrate' or send donations when it is required, remembering that what you put out is what you get back, and what you resist, persists.
There are actions you can take to be a part of the World that you want to live in, however, first and foremost, you must take care of what is happening inside of YOU. You must 'recognise' when you are in reaction to something or someone and look at your responses to what you are seeing on the streets, in your outer Reality. You must clear any 'negative emotion' that is inside of you, any 'limiting belief', or anything else that surfaces for you, that does not Feel Good inside of you. Because, if it does not Feel Good inside of you, then it is not serving you, and that means, there is something you need to change within you.
The things that you can change are your Perspective, you can change what you choose to Focus upon, and you can Choose 'the way' that you are focusing on what your focus is on. You can have more Peace and Harmony, not only in your personal lives with the people around you, but also with your neighbours, work colleagues and every other member of your community. You cannot expect to live in a Peaceful World if you fight with others in your own family. You will need to see the reflections.
Those of you who are Awake know this, and you know what the work is, and you know you that are capable of doing it. You even know that you chose to incarnate at that time and place where you are right now, so you can be of benefit to more people. We encourage you to keep moving forward with your heads held high, and know that this will pass and you will find yourselves living in a time where you can Feel much better about the reflections you are seeing in the so-called Real World.
You were made for these times, and you have all the tools and all the knowledge and understandings, and all the helpers to assist you move through these tumultuous times that Humanity is now facing. You are the ones equipped to face what you are facing. We want you to know that we are always 'holding space' for each and every one of you and have every Positive Belief that we can hold for Humanity, and we suggest that you Feel for it, as it is there.
You may not, or do not, realise that you have determined for yourselves what so many of the outcomes will be in your lives. Sometimes you are even surprised by what unfolds, even though it fits in perfectly with your Beliefs about your life, yourself, and your Reality. However, if you are not willing to examine what your expectations are, then you are 'not willing to change' what you are Thinking, Feeling, and Believing, and you are likely to play out the same stories over and over again in your lives. It may be that different characters will be playing different roles for you, however, you will continue to have the same or similar outcomes or results, until you 'look within' and you ask yourself what are you Thinking, Doing, Saying, and Believing, that keeps you in the same cycles.
Self-examination is very important, and often, it is prompted by a willingness to change what is outside of you in your Physical Reality, and that is fine. However, you would want to make a change because of 'how something felt' when you entertained it as a Thought, Word, or Belief. However, it will often be easier for you to make the necessary changes within yourselves, if you can catch yourselves at the level before something manifests into your Reality and you can correct your course.
Once you have manifested something unwanted into your life experience, you then also must deal with that alongside looking at and examining the Beliefs, the Thoughts, the Words, and 'habits of action' that brought it about into your experience. We suggest you write down what your desires are for your life at present and what your expectations are of those desires. We further suggest you ask yourselves why you have those expectations and why do you think that a scenario will go in a particular way or with that person.
You must be 'willing' to live a life of self-examination in-order to Grow, in-order to Evolve, in-order to Feel yourself becoming more of your Higher Self, something that everyone wants, whether they know it or not. We recommend this self-examination as it has the potential of changing everything, because you are likely to find the answers to your questions. And by examining those answers, you can dismantle some of them, you can stop giving power to some of them, and you can allow others to catalyse you into making a new, different and a better choice for you. Because, in many ways you live a self-fulfilling prophecy and if you do not like what you are living, then it is time to change the prophecy and you are the only one who can do that.
However, you do have assistance coming to you from all the Realms and all your Helpers and all that is required of you is to open your Hearts to receive all the Love that you have coming to you. We invite you also to 'open yourselves' up to the Love of Source, your Oversoul, and your Higher Self. You are surrounded by Love and all you need to do is 'open up' to receive the Love you are being bombarded with in-order to know yourselves more fully as the Beings of Love, that you truly are.
Remember, this is all about Love, and you are more likely to 'tune in' to the love that you truly are. There are those of you who may hesitate to 'open up' because of past hurt, and you may close yourselves off to receiving Love because of the times in your lives when you opened your hearts with another Human Being who was not capable of loving you unconditionally. And there may be some Humans who have hurt you even when you did not open your Hearts to them. And we understand that you find yourselves in a position of feeling more protective of yourself and of your heart.
We are asking you to open yourselves up to those who do Love you Unconditionally. In other words, it is safe to receive Love from all the Beings and Collectives that we have mentioned. We also invite you to start 'loving yourselves' and 'all others' who you Feel safe offering your Love to. If at present Humans do not fall into that category, then there is always something to Love, for instance, you can Love the birds, the trees, the mountains, the grass, and you can love foods, music and movies that are of a higher nature.
By giving yourselves permission to do this, you can start living the way that you were meant to live. You may well wonder how this will assist you with all your problems regarding your health, your relationships, your finances, however, there is no need to worry about that, because right now you can choose to decide that your 'state of being' is more important than any of that, and that the most important thing to you is your alignment to Source. In this way you will be able to experience more Joy, Abundance, Creativity, Freedom, and everything that you seek.
This will eventually allow you to Feel 'safe enough' to Love other Humans again. Know that at some point you will find that you no longer care whether they Love you back or not. And then 'you will know' what it is like to be Who and What You Really Are. This understanding is for every single one of you, because you could all use more Love in your lives, regardless of who you are or what your circumstances are right now.
It is a wonderful Feeling to be united, to share openly with one another and to benefit from all the different Perspectives and to understand the importance of 'diversity' and the importance of differing Perspectives that we experience in the Higher Realms. A variety of 'points of view' is much better for everyone than for everyone to see everything in the exact same way. You all need to start benefiting from the different Perspectives that exist on your World while also Feeling United despite your differences. Therefore, to benefit from the eight billion people present on Earth at this time, you will need to seek to Unite with your fellow Humans on something that you do have in common.
You are ALL having a Human experience, and you ALL have had the experience of pain. Most people experience Love in some way, shape, or form in their lives, even if they do not Feel it to the extent that you do. Everyone has desires, even if their desire is to have no desires, which is still a desire. Find the 'common thread' that links you all together as it is something to Feel United about. If you are in any way looking to 'make another person wrong' so that you can 'Feel more right', then you are not understanding the importance of having the variety of different Perspectives there on Earth.
When you see people who are 'being exposed' as being a part of a sex slave trade and you are taking any amount of joy from that exposure, remember that it is not as important 'to be right' as you think it is. It is not as important 'to be on the right side' of an issue as you think it is, and therefore, as people are exposed in these sex slave trades, remember, that there is 'no joy' in what happened to those exposed, and there is no joy to be taken from seeing someone else taken down.
This is a time for Healing, for Compassion, for Empathy, for Unconditional Love for all the people involved in the slave trade. It is important to understand that everything must come to the surface in-order to be Healed and cleansed. That is why people with deep, dark secrets are being exposed, so that everyone can Collectively Heal from the abuses that have be happening on Earth for some time.
It will be something that will be discussed for quite some time, and all of you who are interested in what happened, must remember that you are on the side of Humanity and what you want is for something like this to never happen again. In other words, you want it to stop happening, because you know that there are underage children being used by rich and powerful people for nefarious means right now on planet Earth.
You also know that you are being shown all of this, so that it can come to an end. You are the ones to have a Higher level of Consciousness necessary to hold 'the space' to create a Reality where something like this will never happen again on Earth. You have the ability to raise Consciousness to such an extent that it will not happen again, however, by judging people for their crimes is not the way to raise the Consciousness of Humanity. Remember the people who were involved in the slave trade and what they are going through now and how much Love, Healing, Empathy and Compassion they still require in-order to move past a lost childhood that no child should have to endure.
