As you are gathering experiences in your life, you are making progress in every moment of every day that you are there on Earth. It is from those experiences that you are growing and asking for something better to be created. You are sending out waves, ripples, throughout the Galaxy and throughout the Universe, and you are affecting all Beings by 'what you are experiencing' there on Earth. With every breath that you take you are gathering momentum and with continued numbers growing there on Earth, you are creating a more 'expanded version' of the Human Collective Consciousness. In this way, you draw from each other's experiences and benefit from being overpopulated.
On the Non-Physical Conscious level, overpopulation is not a big problem and at some point in your Spiritual evolution, you will work out how to manage your numbers on the Physical level. You will come to recognise the impact that you are having on each other, on the ecosystem and on the Universe, and more and more Awakenings are coming. Having more people on Earth, also means that you have more Awakened Souls there on Earth. And with the use of technology, you are all connecting the dots between one another, and it is one of the ways in which having an Internet serves you all. The internet provides those of you who are Awake a vehicle with which to connect with others in other parts of the World who are also Awake.
In this way, you can recognise that you are not so different from the person who exists on another continent. This then assists you to bridge the gap between Humans and Extra-Terrestrials. When you can bridge the gap between each other, and see the 'common experiences' that you have, no matter where you were born or how you were raised, you can then start to see the commonalities between you and Extra-Terrestrials. Thus, making it then more possible to understand the idea of having E.T.'s landing their ships and walking amongst you, and this is something coming in the not-so-distant future of yours, providing you ALL an opportunity to decide what part you will play in bringing Humans and E.T.'s together.
Those of you who are Awake and are courageous enough, can go onto the ships of your E.T. friends and explore them. You can explore their technologies, their navigation systems and discuss with them their preferences in food and entertainment at this point of their evolution. There are a variety of topics you can discuss with them as you explore their ships, and with their assistance, eventually you will be going out into space with them. At times, you will be going on their ships and at other times you will be using a portal, while at other times you will be going on manmade ships.
You are moving towards this future, and you are doing so beautifully because of the progress you are making in 'getting along' and 'sharing space' there on Earth with each other. And you will continue moving in that direction because this is a time of Ascension and because you have so much assistance coming from so many helpers, both in Extra-Terrestrial and Human form.
Those who are newly born on your Planet at this time, are coming in with the 'knowing' that E.T. contact is not only possible, but is something they will experience. They look forward to it and are excited about it, and they are the ones who are ready to be the examples to all of you of how to move in that direction without Fear, while also 'knowing' that there need not be any form of separation between you and any other Being. This is a glorious time for Humanity, the new Golden Age, and you are the ones who decided to Awaken in it and to lead the way for your fellow Humans. You decide how you want to do that and take the necessary steps that you possibly can in that direction, and you will Feel the fulfilment and satisfaction in having taken those steps.
At present, you are making your way through different Energies, some of which are to your liking and some of which are not to your liking. Remember Who You Really are, and do not be afraid of the Energies that you 'do not prefer'. The Energies that you 'do not prefer' are not there to be judged by you, nor to be diminished by you, instead they are there for you to see, to experience, to acknowledge and at times to rise above it all, in the face of it. However, they are not there for you to run away from.
When you choose to 'rise above' an experience of something or someone not to your liking, you are using it as the 'catapult' that it potentially is for you to go to a higher level of your Consciousness. You do want to Ascend, and you are the ones deciding to lift yourselves up so that you are not harmonising with those lower Vibrational Energies and having to be 'pulled up' out of those lower Vibrational Energies.
Understand that 'you are of the lower Vibration' when you are pointing your finger at them, calling them evil, and saying that they need to be locked up, that they need to be extinguished from Reality. By using the term Energies at this time, we are referring to many different things, both tangible and intangible. However, 'rising above' means that in the face of the Energies you are experiencing, you do not forget Who You Are, indeed, you allow those Energies 'to remind you' of Who You Really Are. They are the 'catalysts' to get you to Focus more fully on Who You Really are and how you want to be in the World, what Vibration you want to offer and what Energies you want to play with, and therefore, you can even thank them for doing so.
It is with your Free Will that you get to decide what Energies to play with and which ones you do not play with. There is no need to label the Energies that you do not play with, and you do not need to shun them either, instead, they do need to be Embraced, Forgiven and Healing offered. Those of you who are Awake know that you have nothing to Fear because we ALL exist within this enormous sphere of Love, that is Source.
Understand that if someone or something is operating Love at an almost inaudible level, then it Serves you more to 'hold space' for that Energy until it returns to the higher level, than to spend your time online informing everyone that the Energy should not be allowed to exist in the first place. Everything is to be ACCEPTED As It Is because EVERYTHING is an idea of Source. When you ACCEPT what you see outside of you, that which you have labelled as 'dark or evil', you are also Accepting ALL parts of YOU. In this way, you are becoming more whole and more complete, and then it makes it easier for you to Love Yourself.
We suggest that you do not concern yourselves with the Awareness you have of all these Energies that surround you and have always been around you. Step away from thoughts that things are getting worse, and that everything is going awry. Remember instead, that this is the time of great Evolution, the time of Awakening and this is the time to move beyond all of that, including the 'us versus them' mentality.
It is the time to Integrate, the time to Love, the time to Know yourself more fully through 'experiencing what you are not' at times. It is all Good, it is all meant for you and as the recipient of it all, you always have Free Will to do whatever you please with every Energy that comes into your Awareness. And we know what will be the most satisfying for you, and that will be to LOVE ALL that is in your Path, and all that is in your Awareness. And this is a Conscious Choice for you 'to do just that' from now on.
We know that you can all benefit from Energies that uplift you, that give you a sense that everything will be 'all right', that give you a reason to Feel hopeful about your Path and the overall Path of Humankind. We have noticed that when you ask for something, many of you do 'open up' to receive the Energies summoned, however, once summoned it is important 'to be there to receive the Energies'. Those of you that receive the Energy requested, fully benefit from the entire Collective, that then provides you the joyous experience of spreading those Energies around in all the various ways that you do by being a conduit.
You can ALL be a conduit of high Frequency Energies. Do whatever works for you to get into a relaxed state and 'open up' and benefit from all the Energies that are being summoned at this time, because there are many concerned Souls sharing the planet with you that are asking. They are summoning, and someone needs to be the recipient of those Energies coming in, and it may as well be you. Why should you not benefit from living in these times when so many others are feeling disillusioned and disenfranchised. There are many ways that you can offer the Energies to them, by writing a book, making a video, and by offering your optimistic thoughts of a promising future for Humankind.
You are connected and We are ALL connected. However, on Earth you are all connected by the Collective Consciousness of Humanity and what you receive everyone will benefit from. And the way that you spread what you receive is in the way that you talk to a customer, or someone that you may work with or someone who works for you, remember, this is a Group Event. This Ascension is a Group effort, and everyone is playing their part and their role. Even the person who summons but does not directly receive that Energy that we and others are offering, is still playing their role, perfectly.
And because of what you know and are sensitive to the Energies, you can now step forward and play a larger role. As the members of The Awakened Collective, you are there to do this work, and we are calling upon you to step forward and do it and Feel how good you can Feel once you do. We are reminding you again of what it means to master Yourselves and your Reality. You need to BE YOURSELF because you were created to BE YOU. You are a unique aspect of Source Energy who is meant to be that unique aspect of Source Energy. Therefore, even if at times it appears as if someone over there is having a better time than you are, it looks that way because they are living a very different life from the one you are living, or because they are much more gifted in some other way, however, you still must BE YOU. Therefore, lean into your strengths, your gifts, and do what excites you and what you desire to do.
Being yourself, means you want to be True to yourself, it means Speaking your Truth and Feeling your Feelings. These are so important, because many of the issues you experience in your Physical Bodies are due to those times when you did not allow yourself to Feel what you were Feeling or to speak your Truth at that time. Therefore, we advise you to 'go within', set aside some time to be quiet and listen to what is happening inside of you, that is, set aside time for you to 'open up' to receive.
And what you can receive, is Inspiration, you can receive downloads and intuitive moments that are more likely to happen once you take the time to Let Go of the mental chit chat, and all the Physical action that you could partake in and just ALLOW yourself to BE, to FEEL, to SENSE and to INTUIT. There is so much good, so much benefit for you to meditate, to quietly 'go within' and Feel around and see what is happening inside your 'energetic body' and allow things to come to you.
And there are many ways to accomplish this. We remind you to place your attention on what brings you Joy, what puts a smile on your face, lights you up and gives you a Feeling of relief. You have all the Power, the Power to think a Thought, to activate a Belief and to simply Focus on something that Feels good to you when you Focus on it and 'you know' what those things are. It may be that you do what Feels Good to you only once a week, however, there is no limit other than the one you place on yourself, of how frequently you can place your focus, your attention and observe something that Feels Good to you and warms your heart.
There is no need to always be on high alert, to stay informed with everything that is happening across your planet because if you Focus on something right in front of you that is giving you a feeling of Joy, that is when you are contributing to the Collective Consciousness of which you are a part of. By doing this you are also giving everyone else permission to simply sit and smile because you like what you see. And the World will be a more Peaceful place when everyone gives themselves permission to do just that.
We remind you again to relax and know that everything is going to be okay, especially when you are beginning to believe that it is not okay. There are many things that you will be told that you need to worry about, to prepare for this or that, because they say doom is coming, but do they tell you to relax and everything will be alright? And all that is required for you to 'know' that everything will 'be alright for you' is to Believe it, have Faith and Trust that it will 'be alright' and then you will come to that place, where you just 'know it'.
We understand you, what your opinions are and what motivates you, and our wish is for you to also know these things about yourselves. We invite you to see yourselves as always having an agenda, an intention, and we advise you to know what that intention is. We want you to understand what your 'intention is' for saying what you are about to say when having a conversation with another person, and to understand what the 'intention is' for the outcome of an action you are about to take.
By knowing in advance what your 'intentions are' will assist you in determining whether it is the best choice and assist you in changing your intentions slightly, in-order to 'better align' with Who You Really Are as a Source Energy Being. Because whenever Source takes an action or speaks through you, Source would always be seeking to heal, to uplift, to inform and to align. When you are 'not aligned' with your Source, know that you Feel it as discord, tension, pain, negative emotion, and illness in your body.
These 'intentions' are very important for you to know about and for you to reinstate and alter if you need to. It matters, and it counts if you go into something with Good intentions. You know what your 'intentions are' by how you Feel and whether you are aligning with those intentions or not. Therefore, a good idea is to state your 'intentions' upon waking up in the morning, think about what you want to Focus on, and whether you want to Feel that and how you want to Vibrate. Knowing your intentions will assist you in aligning with them, that makes 'you more aware' when you are out of alignment with your intentions.
Whether you know it or not, your intentions will always be for you to align more with Source, to become more of the Source Energy Being that you already are. It is not about doing one thing, or accomplishing anything, it is always about becoming more of Who and What You Really Are as a Source Energy Being, therefore it is good for you to know the overall intention for this lifetime, mission, or purpose, or whatever you want to call it.
Your emotions will also guide you regarding 'whether or not' you are in alignment with that overall intention, and deep down inside, you all know that and understand it. And by doing some self-examination and reflecting on what your life is about and what you want it to be about, and with what you believe it can be from where you are at present, you can put yourselves into greater alignment with that overall intention.
We know that LOVE is pouring through you when you align with your 'true identity' and that is the 'ultimate experience' of being there as a Physical Human Being in a body, as that Source Energy. Therefore, we advise you to pay more attention, to be more on the alert, and do so lovingly and with kindness, because we know that you are doing the best that you can and that sometimes it does take time for you to move forward from those old patterns.
However, we also know that you can do it, that you will do it, and in many cases, you are already doing it. Acknowledge yourselves and give yourselves credit for when you already do it, because you will be more fruitful by doing those things than by making yourselves wrong for not being in alignment with that overall intention of becoming more of Source Energy Being that you truly are.
